Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at anitari.com. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.


Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A valid tracking number must be provided in order to qualify for a refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items We kindly ask that you inspect your item upon delivery. If the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact us immediately at support@anitari.com. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly—either by resending the item or issuing a refund where applicable.


Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method automatically.

  • Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.


Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at support@anitari.com.

  • If your order hasn’t entered production or shipping, we may still be able to cancel it.

  • However, if your order is already in production or has shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.


Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized blankets

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
